Debubbler
The debubbler is a device used during the manufacturing of pre-inked stamps to eliminate air bubbles present in the premix gel.
It operates via vacuum, allowing the bubbles to rise and disappear.
Its use is essential to prevent printing defects and ensure a clean, homogeneous impression. It thus ensures optimal quality before final molding or assembly.
It also extends the life of the stamp.
