Data Processing

Thermoflan SAS informs that it will process data in a lawful, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate, and up-to-date manner. That is why Thermoflan SAS commits to taking all reasonable measures so that it is deleted or rectified without delay when inaccurate.

Thermoflan SAS will process your data in order to fulfill its contractual obligations for printing your order and managing your customer account. Without this data, we might not be able to process your order or invoice the ordered products.

Thermoflan SAS will also process your information to send you promotional offers and product information if you have given consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing and product information at any time by contacting customer service.

Type of collected data, use, and retention period

Data entered in our contact / quote request forms

In order to respond to our users’ requests, we store in the contact and quote request forms the data entered by the user, which may include names, surnames, email address, and phone number, but also resumes. We also store the sender’s IP address. The retention period for this data is 12 months. However, in case of spam or unwanted form submissions, we retain the user’s IP address indefinitely, as part of our fight against spam, to ban the user responsible for the abuse. This data is used for commercial purposes in the case of a quote request or commercial information. It is only transmitted to third parties when these third parties intervene as subcontractors. The latter are then subject to the same confidentiality rules as Thermoflan SAS and cannot transmit, reuse, or retain this data outside of the confidentiality and data use contract agreed between Thermoflan SAS and the user.

Data provided as part of the newsletter subscription

Data provided when subscribing to the newsletter, namely the email and optionally names and surnames, are kept indefinitely without specific action from the user. Once the subscription is validated by the user, they can cancel their subscription at any time. In case of unsubscription, their data is deleted.

Data provided as part of online sales

User account data, purchase details, and delivery address are kept for an unlimited period. The user has access to rectify or delete their data via their user account. When the account is deleted, all data is removed from the website. The user is informed that upon deletion of their data, they will no longer have access to their invoices or purchase history on the website.

For accounting obligation purposes, billing data will however be kept for 10 years by Thermoflan SAS starting from the closure of the current financial year.

In accordance with the rights conferred by current regulations on data protection, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion, portability, and opposition to the processing of your personal data by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or via the contact form. Thermoflan SAS informs that it may proceed with a data transfer when necessary (e.g., to subcontractors – developers, photographers, graphic designers…).
