Advantages rubber stamp

Rubber is the reference material for manufacturing professional stamps thanks to its fine reproduction and high precision.

Resistant to all types of inks, it offers high durability and excellent marking rendering due to its natural porosity.

Versatile, it adapts to all formats and uses, from single-unit production to series.

Two processes are used: CO₂ laser engraving on pre-vulcanized rubber or molding and vulcanization of natural rubber.

The rubber stamp combines precision, robustness, and universal compatibility, ideal for marking professionals.

How does rubber stamp manufacturing work?

Traditional rubber stamp manufacturing steps:

Creation of the negative film

  • Printing the visual in black on a transparent medium, serving as a mask for exposure.

Photopolymer exposure

  • The photopolymer is exposed to UV light through the film, which hardens the transparent areas and leaves the black areas intact.

Plate development

  • The non-hardened parts are removed by washing, revealing the relief of the stamp impression.

Complete drying

  • Evaporation of residual moisture to stabilize the plate.

Final curing – Post-polymerization

  • Additional UV exposure to strengthen the resistance and longevity of the photopolymer.

Matrix molding

  • The engraved plate is used as a mold to create a recessed matrix in a flexible material.

Rubber molding

  • The rubber is applied into the matrix to reproduce the desired visual in relief.

Finishing and assembly

  • Cutting the stamp to size, then mounting it on the chosen base.

CO2 laser rubber stamp manufacturing steps:

Engraving and cutting the rubber

  • The pre-vulcanized rubber sheet is placed in the CO2 laser machine. The design is engraved by the laser beam and then cut out.

Finishing and assembly

  • Mounting the stamps on the chosen base.

Advantages and uses of the rubber stamp

ADVANTAGES
