Universal semi-automatic pad printing machines
Advantages of our Universal semi-automatic pad printing machines
Universal semi-automatic pad printing machines are distinguished by their versatile design and great ease of use. They offer high performance while maintaining a controlled price, making them an ideal solution for industrial marking.
Designed with high-quality components, Festo pneumatics, and robust, durable mechanical elements, they guarantee smooth operation and remarkable longevity.
The work table, adjustable on the X, Y, and Z axes, allows for precise positioning, while the printing pressure, electronically adjustable on the product and on the cliché, ensures optimal print quality.
Intuitive control via a touchscreen facilitates easy handling and quick machine setup. Additionally, four regulation valves allow for fine adjustment of speed at each phase of the printing cycle.
Supplied as standard in a tabletop version, with the possibility of adding an optional tall base, they are available in 1 or 2-color versions, with separate or combined printing cylinders. They incorporate a closed ceramic ink cup system, ensuring cleanliness and printing consistency.
Finally, the Universal range has been designed to evolve: a machine initially configured for 1 color can easily be adapted for 2 colors, or transformed to accommodate a larger print format. An oval ink cup is also offered for marking large surfaces in 1 color.
Invest in a scalable, high-performance, and durable solution!

How does a Universal semi-automatic pad printing machine work?
Here is how a semi-automatic pad printing machine works, step by step:
Cliché preparation
- The graphic or logo to be printed is engraved onto a cliché.
Ink application
- The ink cup ring scrapes and deposits a thin layer of ink onto the cliché, leaving ink only in the hollowed-out area.
Transfer by the pad
- A silicone pad descends onto the cliché, picks up the ink, and lifts back up.
Pad movement
- The machine automatically positions the pad over the part to be marked.
Marking the part
- The pad descends and deposits the ink onto the object, ensuring a clean and precise print.
Cycle repetition
- The process repeats continuously for fast and consistent production.
