Solvent digital printer
Advantages of our solvent digital printers
Our solvent inkjet printer is a high-performance industrial solution, dedicated to quality printing on open-pore aluminum (manufacturer plates, signage, etc.) and porous media (leathers, golf balls, etc.).
Its solvent ink ensures excellent adhesion and high resistance to water, UV rays, and scratches, even in demanding environments.
Ideal for engraving, marking, and signage workshops, it guarantees durable, precise, and versatile printing on a wide range of materials.
Choose performance and reliability with the solvent printer!

How does a Solvent inkjet digital printer work?
Solvent printing is based on several steps:
File preparation
- A digital file (text, image, or design) is created or imported into printing software. Settings (dimensions, colors, media type) are configured, and the file is then sent to the printer.
Media loading
- The material to be printed (aluminum, PVC, etc.) is placed on the printer bed. A jig system holds the media in place to prevent any movement during printing.
Ink application
- The printheads spray droplets of solvent ink onto the media. Solvent ink consists of pigments and solvents that interact with the surface to ensure long-lasting adhesion. Unlike UV inks, solvent inks do not dry immediately, but their adhesion is facilitated by a built-in heating module.
Drying and curing
- During ink application, the heating device helps evaporate the solvents, allowing the ink to fix quickly to the surface. This rapid drying ensures a durable finished product resistant to outdoor conditions.
Final result
- The printing is complete as soon as it leaves the printer, without any additional drying time. The finished product is immediately ready for use.
