The CCD camera registration system developed by Aeon features a high-resolution camera mounted on the laser machine’s X-axis carriage, integrated with Rd Vision control software. This setup allows for automatic and extremely precise cutting of printed materials.

The camera captures visual registration marks (Cross marks) placed on the printed surface, enabling real-time analysis of the material’s position, orientation, and dimensions. Thanks to this dynamic alignment between the digital cutting file and the printed visual, any discrepancies related to printing or substrate placement on the table are automatically corrected.

This device ensures clean cuts that perfectly match printed contours, whether for complex shapes, labels, displays, custom packaging, or signage.

The combination of Aeon laser technology and advanced image analysis guarantees consistent precision, increased productivity, and a significant reduction in registration errors.
