DF1 and DF2 trays for Doming

The DF1 (25 × 40 cm) and DF2 (42 × 77 cm) trays are designed for the drying and secure storage of Doming labels.

Perfectly compatible with FC1 and FC2 ovens, they integrate naturally into the production process, ensuring optimal holding of labels throughout the polymerization.

Thanks to their stackable and stable structure, these trays optimize space while ensuring uniform drying, protecting prints from dust, and reducing process-related losses.

Each tray is equipped with magnetic strips (20 included) to hold labels in place, preventing any slipping or deformation during curing.

The first tray features adjustable, non-slip magnetic feet, ensuring a flat and stable surface, which is an essential condition for achieving a perfectly homogeneous Doming.

Rotary tool for CMark lasers

The CMark laser rotary attachment  is designed for marking and engraving cylindrical parts made from organic materials, like wooden rounds, plastic rings, tubes, and similar items.

It lets you engrave precisely all the way around a part—360°—on both the outside and inside surfaces. The part rotates automatically and stays perfectly synchronized with the laser, so the marking comes out even and consistent all the way around, even on tricky shapes.

This makes it a great fit for jobs that call for fully customizing turned parts or technical components.”

ID-Mark protective film and varnish

ID-Mark markings can be protected by applying a protective film or a transparent varnish, which forms a clear layer applied after printing.

These protective films and varnishes ensure enhanced durability by increasing the marking’s resistance to UV rays, humidity, abrasion, and chemical products, while maintaining optimal legibility in demanding outdoor or industrial environments.

They also help prevent scratches that may occur during the handling or installation of the plates.

Depending on requirements and exposure conditions, the protection is available in two forms: transparent varnish or adhesive plastic film.

Under normal conditions of use, ID-Mark plates do not require special protection. However, for applications in harsh environments (frequent abrasion, extreme weather conditions, outdoor use), the use of a protective film or varnish is strongly recommended.

All protective films can be applied by hand without specific equipment. For greater convenience and precision, a manual laminator can be offered as an accessory.
