The 2 – 3 position conveyor is an optional mechanical accessory designed to facilitate the automated positioning of the part to be printed. It is particularly useful for applications requiring multi-color printing (maximum of 3).
– Attaches directly to the support plate of the XY table for the conveyor
– Pneumatic power supply for the movement using the machine’s air (generally 6 bars)
– Structure made of anodized aluminum or welded steel to ensure robustness and lightweight properties.
– Linear slide guidance (ball bushings or prismatic rails) ensuring smooth and precise movement.
– Fixed stroke between the three positions (generally between 80 and 150 mm depending on models and configurations).
– Positioning via mechanical stop or limit switch to ensure repeatability.
– Pneumatic actuation in most cases (double-acting cylinder with integrated distributor).
