The 2-position conveyor is an accessory designed to automate the movement of parts between two successive printing stations.
It improves alignment precision, particularly for multi-color or technical prints requiring perfect repeatability. It also helps reduce manual positioning errors while increasing production speed.
Installation of the conveyor is quick. It is generally positioned on an XY table, facilitating the alignment of color 1 relative to color 2.
Robust, reliable, and compact, the conveyor requires no maintenance.

The 2-position conveyor is a necessary accessory for 2-color machines, designed to facilitate the automated positioning of the part to be printed.
– Attaches directly to the XY table of the pad printing machine conveyor.
– Pneumatic power supplied by the pad printing machine (generally 6 bars).
– Anodized aluminum or mechanically welded steel structure to ensure both robustness and lightweight.
– Linear slide guidance (ball bushings or prismatic rails) ensuring fluid and precise movement.
– Fixed stroke between the two positions (generally between 80 and 150 mm depending on the model and configuration).
– Positioning via mechanical stop or limit switch to ensure repeatability.
– Travel speed adjustable via valve.
