How does our various marking and printing machines work?

Pad printing machines :

Whether manual or automatic, pad printing technology is based on a multi-step process.
An engraved plate (the cliché) contains the design to be printed.
The ink cup filled with ink is placed on this plate, then scraped to leave ink only in the engraved areas.
A soft, deformable silicone pad presses onto the plate to pick up the ink from the design and then transfers it onto the surface of the object to be printed, regardless of its shape or texture.
In manual mode, each step is performed by the operator, offering precise control for small batches or unique pieces.
In automatic mode, the machines carry out these steps continuously and at high speed, optimizing productivity for large runs.
Both modes ensure fine and detailed printing on various materials and shapes.

Solvent digital printing:

The solvent digital printer projects solvent-based inks onto a substrate, where they adhere by dissolving the surface.
