UV digital printing machines, Single Pass printers, and Pad printing machines
Advantages of our marking and printing machines
Having a variety of machines such as pad printing, solvent printers, UV digital printing, and packaging printers offers our company a significant advantage in terms of flexibility and quality:
- Pad printing is ideal for serial marking on complex and irregular surfaces, ensuring increased precision and adaptability.
- The solvent printer can be applied to a wide range of substrates, including non-porous materials such as vinyl, polyester, plastic films, and open-pore aluminum.
- UV digital printing allows for high-quality production, whether for individual pieces or large runs, with increased resistance to scratches and solvents.
- The packaging printer, meanwhile, offers great flexibility, allowing for the customization and printing of various types of packaging (flexible or rigid) in different formats, adding aesthetic and functional value to products.
Our range of marking and printing equipment
How does our various marking and printing machines work?
Pad printing machines :
- Whether manual or automatic, pad printing technology is based on a multi-step process.
- An engraved plate (the cliché) contains the design to be printed.
- The ink cup filled with ink is placed on this plate, then scraped to leave ink only in the engraved areas.
- A soft, deformable silicone pad presses onto the plate to pick up the ink from the design and then transfers it onto the surface of the object to be printed, regardless of its shape or texture.
- In manual mode, each step is performed by the operator, offering precise control for small batches or unique pieces.
- In automatic mode, the machines carry out these steps continuously and at high speed, optimizing productivity for large runs.
- Both modes ensure fine and detailed printing on various materials and shapes.
Solvent digital printing:
- The solvent digital printer projects solvent-based inks onto a substrate, where they adhere by dissolving the surface.
- The rapid drying of solvents makes the process efficient.
- The result is a durable and resistant print, suitable for demanding environments such as outdoor signage.
UV LED flatbed digital printers :
- UV printing works by projecting ink directly onto a surface using computer-controlled print heads.
- The ink used is a special UV-curable ink that remains liquid until it is exposed to the UV lamps integrated into the printer.
- These LED lamps instantly cure the ink upon application, creating a crisp and durable print.
- This process allows for direct printing on a wide variety of materials, such as glass, metal, wood, or plastic, whether dark (thanks to the presence of white ink) or light-colored, and whether flat or slightly curved.
- UV printing is valued for its speed, high quality, vibrant colors, and its ability to add special effects such as textured or glossy finishes.
Digital printing machines for packaging :
- The process used by our Single Pass packaging printers is fast and efficient.
- Unlike multi-pass systems where the print head makes several passes to cover the entire surface, here, the print heads remain stationary while the packaging passes underneath them just once.
- The system uses high-performance print heads that spray ink directly onto the packaging, featuring fast-drying capabilities for an immediate finish.
- This technology is ideal for high-speed production, offering crisp, uniform printing suitable for various types of packaging, whether rigid, flexible, or textured.
- It ensures optimal precision while minimizing production times.
