Automatic press
The automatic press is an essential machine in the production of custom stamps.

UV laser lens
The UV laser focusing lens concentrates and directs the beam onto a precise point on the material being processed.
By reducing the beam diameter, it increases energy density — essential for engraving, fine cutting, and micro-machining operations.
Focal length directly influences marking precision: a short focal length delivers fine detail, while a longer focal length extends the working area for larger parts.
Proper focus adjustment ensures clean, uniform results with no power loss, even at high production speeds.
The lens also adapts to the material being processed, reducing the risk of overheating, carbonization, or surface damage — ensuring consistent marking quality across a wide range of substrates.

XY Table
The XY table allows for manual positioning of the object to be marked along two axes (X: left-right, Y: front-back), ensuring precise alignment of the marking on the object’s surface.
It is particularly suitable when shapes or dimensions vary by piece or batch.
Recommended for small and medium series, it ensures repeatable positioning, improves productivity, and limits placement errors.

ILF 300 in-line pre-filter
The BOFA ILF 300 filter is an inline filter designed to capture large quantities of dust and fumes generated by laser applications.
Specially adapted for laser applications that produce high volumes of fumes and particles, it is installed inline between the laser and the main extraction system.
Laser marking and engraving processes generate significant volumes of smoke and fine particles, sometimes smaller than 20 micrometers. The ILF 300 filter increases the efficiency of the extraction system by capturing these particles upstream.
It represents an optimal solution for maintaining the performance and longevity of air treatment installations in industrial environments.

XY table for object conveyor
The XY table for object conveyor enables precise movement along the X and Y axes as well as rotation. Installed under the conveyor, it ensures optimal positioning of the part under the pad, an essential asset for marking complex or multi-zone surfaces.
Specially developed to work with electronic conveyors, it integrates perfectly into a new generation pad printing machine mounted on a high base.
Fully compatible with the bases of TTN 100, TTN 200, and TTN 350 models, this table incorporates fine rotation adjustment for high-precision alignment.
It is also suitable for positioning large-format substrates, thus offering great flexibility of use.

PEVP A4 Press
The PEVP press is a versatile machine that allows for photopolymer impression taking in the blank, vulcanization of rubber stamps, and gelation of pre-inked stamps in the matrix.

Thanks to its system combining heat, pressure, and digital settings, it ensures fast, precise, and reliable manufacturing.

CCD camera for Aeon Redline Nova Elite and Super Elite lasers
The CCD camera registration system by Aeon uses a high-resolution camera mounted on the laser’s X-axis carriage, paired with Rd Vision control software, for automatic and highly accurate cutting of printed materials.
The camera reads visual registration marks (cross marks) printed on the material, analyzing its position, orientation, and dimensions in real time. This allows the cutting file to automatically align with the printed visual, correcting any offset caused by printing tolerances or substrate placement on the table.
The result is clean, precise cuts that follow printed contours exactly — whether for complex shapes, labels, displays, custom packaging, or signage.
By combining Aeon laser technology with advanced image processing, the system delivers repeatable precision, higher productivity, and a significant reduction in registration errors.

XY table 170 diameter with rotary axis
The XY table with rotary axis ensures precise positioning of the object to be marked on two axes (X: left-right, Y: front-back), while providing additional rotational adjustment thanks to an integrated dial.
This functionality allows the object to be oriented with precision for optimal marking alignment. Ideal for repetitive production, especially when multiple pieces need to be marked in series, it is perfectly suited for medium to high-volume production.
A jig, mold, or any device capable of holding the piece to be marked is attached to the top of this table.
This system improves productivity, ensures high repeatability, and reduces the risk of positioning errors.
