Pad printing has become so widespread in industrial applications that some markings cannot be imagined without pad printing. WHY PAD PRINTING BECOMES SO IMPORTANT IN NO TIME ? It offers new possibilities in printing which are not possible or too complicated with other techniques or just too expensive. It partially replaces other decorative techniques such as screen printing , labelling or hot stamping . It meets the trend to mark products better and fancier, to give the product a more « expensive » look. The application field has become so widespread that we are confronted daily with more and more pad printed articles.

In pad printing technology the image is transferred from the concave plate obtained by a photochemical process on the object by means of a pad made of silicon rubber. This technique allows direct 4 color prints onto a wide variety of medias, with no intermediate step such as screen or cliche making, ink preparation ...
