Two-component setting paste
The two-component setting paste for pad printing is used to create custom molds that serve to securely hold the object to be printed during the process.
The two components are mixed in equal parts to form a flexible paste that perfectly contours to the shape of the object. After hardening, it creates a custom-made mold ensuring stable and durable support.
The object can thus be repositioned repeatedly and precisely for each print. Easy to remove and replace, this solution adapts easily to different shapes and production runs.
Technical data sheet
The two-component paste is a setting material used in pad printing to create custom-made molds:
– It combines a polyurethane resin (component A) and a hardener (component B), to be mixed in equal parts, which will harden rapidly through a chemical reaction and perfectly conform to the object’s geometry.
