The Thermogravor photopolymer machine is composed of 3 independent parts:
Exposure Unit – Precision and control
The exposure unit allows for precise work on liquid resin or hard photopolymer.
It is equipped with high-intensity UV tubes controlled by a digital timer with memory and an audible alarm, ensuring optimal exposure control.
An integrated vacuum pump guarantees perfect adhesion of the positive film to the photopolymer, while the calibrated glass plate and its adjustment shims offer high stability during the production of flexible resins.
The dedicated support for the post-exposure tray and the integrated compressor for removing air bubbles complete this high-precision assembly.
Washout Unit – Reliability and cleanliness
The washout unit, entirely made of stainless steel, ensures uniform development of flexible resins and hard polymers.
Its electronic thermostat accurately controls the bath temperature, while the digital timer with memory facilitates the repetition of cycles.
The external washout mechanism prevents any contamination and significantly reduces the risk of clogging or premature wear.
Drying – Uniform and controlled hardening
The drying module features three independent compartments, allowing for progressive and uniform hardening of photopolymers.
Each compartment has precise thermostatic regulation and a programmable digital timer, ensuring the repeatability and reliability of the results.
