Finish description :
  • Satin (midway between gloss and matte, medium reflecting )
Matte (non reflective – dull or frosted appearance)

Product characteristics :

Two anodized sides

  • Two photosensitive sides

  • Produce black and silver images.

Processed with automatic machine.

0.5 – 0.8 – 1.6 – 2.3 – 3.2 mm

Finish description :

  • Satin (midway between gloss and matte, medium reflecting )

Matte (non reflective – dull or frosted appearance)

  • Brush (coarse, brushed with very visible directional scratch lines)

  • 508 x 610 mm – 610 x 1 016 mm

Metalphoto plus

Product characteristics :

  • One side anodized

One side photosensitive

  • Produces black images on a silver or colored background

Processed with automatic machine

Available thicknesses :

0.3 – 0.5 – 0.8 mm.

Finish description :

  • Satin : semi gloss, medium reflecting

  • Gloss : lustrous, almost mirror

METALPHOTO ® PROCESSING CHEMICALS

Metalphoto products
  • Developer : used to develop images
  • Fixer : used to fix images
  • Liquid sealing concentrate : use to seal all Metaphoto ® anodized aluminium products. Provides for long term durability of images formed in the anodic layer.
  • Post sealing treatment and polish : used to reduce requirement for clean-up after sealing and to provide a polish sheen on finished plates.
  • Image intensifier : to make blacker images. Used to improve readability of bar code labels, outdoor durability of black images and overall quality of black backgrounds.

COLORING DYES FOR METALPHOTO ® PLATES

Background coloring

Water soluble background dyes :

Each comes in a dry powder to be mixed with deionized or distilled water to make 3.8 L of working solution.

Available colors : gold, sunfast gold, rapid gold, copper , green, blue, rapid blue, red, brillant red, bronze.

Dye and Seal background dies :

  • Each comes in a dry powder mixture of dye plus sealing additive, to be mixed with deionized or distilled water to make up four gallons of working solution. Plates are simultaneously dyed and sealed.

  • Available colors : gold, copper, blue , red, purple, green, orange, yellow.

 

Selective coloring

INSTACOLOR Dyes

  • Comes ready for use (100 or 250 ml bottle)

Can be used with Metalphoto ® resist treated-plates

Use Instacolor resist to coat Metalphoto ® plates (group I or II) and,

  • After processing, apply dyes to selective areas of the plate.

  • Available colors : black, yellow, green, light green, blue, dark blue, red, orange, gold, purple, brown, cyan, magenta.
