Aluminium sheets

Offers excellent rigidity and strength. Industrial type substrate. Create high-contrast images, excellent for photographs and half-tones
Available in black, red or blue colour - 10’’ x 12’’ (box of 10 pcs) or 12’’ x 20’’ (box of 5 pcs) size - .007’’ and .014’’ thickness
Also available in rainbow pack (4 black sheets , 3 blue sheets, 3 red sheets)

 

Black on gold aluminium sheets

Elegant, polished look, recommended for architectural signage

White polyester sheets

Flexible material ideal for curved, uneven surfaces
Available in black, red , blue or green colour - 10’’ x 12’’ (box of 10 pcs) or 12’’ x 20’’ (box of 5 pcs) size and .006 ’’ thickness

Black on yellow polyester sheets

Makes safety and caution signs stand out

Transparent polyester sheets

Perfect for window and glass door signs and decals. Used also to create multi-colour signs
Available in black, red , blue or white colour , 10’’ x 12’’ (box of 10 pcs) or 12’’ x 20’’ (box of 5 pcs) size and .006 ’’ thickness.

 

Photoluminescent sheets

For use in blackouts to identify escape routes, emergency exits and important fire & safety equipment
Available in red color , 10’’ x 12’’ size (box of 10 pcs) and .030 ’’ thickness.

 

High intensity reflective sheets

Ideal for low light areas where locating and indentifying items is required
Available in black/yellow, red/white or black/white colours , 10’’ x 12’’ size (box of 10 pcs) and .020 ’’ thickness.

 

Background & selective coloring

Use to create unique backgrounds and to add selective colour on aluminium sheets
Available in black, cyan, magenta, yellow, lt green, green, blue, dark blue , red, orange, gold, purple or brown colours - 100 or 250 ml.

 

PROTECTION

ID Mark does not need any extra protection under normal conditions.
When conditions such as abrasion, outdoor use and exposure to harsh environments occur, ID MARK overlams or varnish are used to add additional protection to the processed ID MARK sheets

Films

All overlam films can be applied by hand. No special equipment is required.
They are available in 10’’ x 12’’ (box of 10 pcs) or 12’’ x 20’’ (box of 5 pcs) size.

  • UV gloss overlam is recommended if your finished plate will hang or be used in direct sunlight. It contains a UV inhibitor and will also protect the sheet against moisture and abrasion. The finish of UV gloss overlam is shiny.
  • Matte overlam : is for applications that require a flat, non-reflective surface appearance. This overlam will also protect ID-MARK sheet from moisture and abrasion.
  • Velvet polycarbonate overlam : provides a “ fristy ” look to ID MARK sheets. It provides excellent abrasion resistance as well as moisture resistance. The finish of this material is similar to “ Lexan ” and is associated with many industrial applications.

Varnish

Gloss or matte finish, 420 ml spray.

 

FILMS

To expose an ID MARK plate, you need a film. This film can be produced a number of ways. The film will have your image or artwork on it and can easily be created using one of the following products :

 

Laser film

laser and vellum films can be used in laser printers to print artwork created on your computer
Available in A 4 (100 pcs / box) or A 3 (100 pcs / box) size.

 

Reversing film

Reversing film is used to create a “ negative ” from positive artwork or graphics
Available in 12 A4 sheets + 250 ml developer + 10 appli-pads.

 

Laser toner darkener

450 ml spray. Very easy to use and economical : print a “ negative ” film on your laser printer and spray laser toner darkener : black areas become darker

 

RAINBOW PACK

Rainbow packs offer multiple colours in one package. Ideal for those who do not wish to buy entire boxes of any one colour, particularly when beginning to use ID MARK.

 

Polyester rainbow pack

The polyester rainbow pack contains thirteen 10’’ x 12’’ sheets of polyester. It consists of : 2 black on white, 1 red on white, 1 blue on white, 1 green on white, 2 black on yellow, 1 black on clear, 1 blue on clear, 1 red on clear, 1 each of gloss, matte and velvet polycarbonate overlams

 

Aluminiun rainbow pack

The aluminium rainbow pack contains ten 10’’ x 12’’ sheets of .007’’ aluminium. It consists of : 4 black sheets, 3 blue sheets and 3 red sheets.
