ILS Range

ILS II

Available in 12, 30 or 50 W, size 410 x 295 mm (A3) ILS-II is a versatile multi-functional engraving machine, fitting flexible engraving/cutting processes to handle customers’ requirement for various requests, rapid product delivery, complicated graphics applications, etc ... It is the perfect partner for your business. Motorized Z axis allows to process pieces up to 120 mm ILS can replace many polluting operations such as photoengraving, chemical processing of cliches… All these elements make ILS the best choice on the market.

ILS III-NM

Available in 12, 30 , 50 or 100 W, size 660 x 495 mm (A2) ILS III-NM was designed with larger working area , motorized Z axis and openable front door allowing to engrave materials larger than A 2 with a 210 mm height. The working area is equipped with a fluorescent light. ILS III-NM is equipped with advanced functions providing the best control of printing quality. ILS III-NM is a user-friendly and multi-functional equipment suitable for various production processes . Besides, its high speed and acceleration allow to engrave large objects within a shorter period of time.

PRO RANGE

ILS machine range had been supplemented by PRO range, including I-3000 & I-4000 series with the following features :

4 Crossing doors

Front – Back – Right – Left Allowing to cut/engrave extra long working pieces

Auto focusing & air assist

A mechanical sensor can automatically adjust focal height by touching material on any part of the working area. Air assist : can be adjusted for all optics (mirrors, lens) avoiding their pollution for easier and faster cleaning is placed inside the X arm for rigid guiding and easier working of the air assist hose

For direct access to main functions (autofocus, P1 , P2, red dot pointer ...)

LED Lighting of complete working surface

Temporary reference point

It is possible to bring the laser beam to a precise place (for instance, the body of a pen) and make it engrave from this origin (for instance, the part center).

Easy to maintain Mirror & Lens

For faster and easier maintenance : it is no longer necessary to unscrew the lens, the lens cover can be easily removed then placed back after cleaning.

Arc comp

Compensates laser output power to make circle or arc cutting faster and smoother.

I - 4000

Available in 30 , 60 or 100 W, size 1000 x 600 mm. With the same characteristics as above model , I-4000 features a larger working area (1 000 x 600 mm) allowing to process 1 000 mm wide x 230 mm high parts with no length limit thanks to traversing-door design.

DRIVER MACHINE

LTT has developed an advanced, user-friendly software to meet customers’ requirements.
8 colours allow to control the laser power, speed and resolution.
In addition, 3 job modes are available for different applications. Depending on the job mode used, the laser will treat the colour with different means.

In normal mode , the laser engraves according to the bitmap density : areas with dense bitmap will look darker .
In stamp mode , many functions assist user in getting good rubber stamps : shoulder profile, offset, mirror and reverse function. These functions will let you be a professional rubber stamp maker.
Last mode, but not the least : the software is also designed with a 3D mode. The laser uses a 256 grey scale to engrave ; the different scales control the percentage of the laser power giving a 3 D effect.
The driver is compatible with all Window based application softwares.

OPTIONS

Air pump

An effective tool that keeps focus lens free from smoke and dust.

Exhaust device

Used for localised extraction of dust, smoke particles and gases. The polluted air is gathered in by the extractor fitting and transported to the filter equipment through the extractor hose. Once filtered, air is then sucked in by the turbines and returned to the environment through the exhaust mesh on the bottom of the unit.

Honeycomb cutting table

Ideal tool for cutting. The table reduces backside burning by lifting the material off the table. It's very convenient to use, just place it on the laser table.

Vacuum table

Cutting table with blower. It can reduce backside burning and also prevent buildup of smoke, vapor and debris which are drawn directly into the bottom of the table out to the exhaust outlet.

Red beam pointer

Provides a visible positioning over the entire work surface. It can be used as a visual preview tool to indicate exact positioning prior to running the job

Rotary attachment

Allows engraving on almost any cylindrical object up to ten inches in diameter. Changing from one item to the next takes only seconds. Automatic diameter compensation makes it the fastest, most versatile rotary attachment made today
