All
overlam films can be applied by hand. No special equipment is required.
They
are available in 10’’ x 12’’ (box of 10 pcs) or 12’’
x 20’’ (box of 5 pcs) size. |
- UV gloss overlam is recommended if your finished
plate will hang or be used in direct sunlight. It contains a UV inhibitor and
will also protect the sheet against moisture and abrasion. The finish of UV gloss
overlam is shiny.
- Matte overlam : is for applications that require a
flat, non-reflective surface appearance. This overlam will also protect Alumajet
sheet from moisture and abrasion.
- Velvet polycarbonate overlam : provides
a “ fristy ” look. It provides excellent abrasion resistance as well
as moisture resistance. The finish of this material is similar to “ Lexan
” and is associated with many industrial applications.
